Structure and classification of tyre removal machine
Tire changer, also known as tire remover and tire raking machine, is used to install and unload automobile tires. It can replace tires for different vehicles such as automobiles, motorcycles and heavy trucks. It is a necessary equipment for automobile repair shops and 4S stores. There are two types: pneumatic type and hydraulic type. The most commonly used one is pneumatic type.
Structure:
Tire changer
1. Host machine workbench: The tires are mainly disassembled on this workbench, which mainly plays the role of placing tires, rotating, etc.
2. Release arm: on one side of the tyre remover, it is mainly used to separate the tyre from the rim, so that the tyre can be removed smoothly.
3. Inflation and deflation device: mainly used to vent the tire for inflation or disassembly, and also used to measure the air pressure. Generally, the tire pressure is about 2.2 atmospheres. It is also equal to 0.2Mpa.
4. Foot pedal: There are three foot pedal switches under the tyre changer, which are respectively used to rotate the switch clockwise and counterclockwise, separate the clamping switch, and separate the rim and tire switch.
5. Lubricant: It is conducive to the disassembly and assembly of tires, reducing the damage in the process of tire pile disassembly, and making the tire disassembly and assembly work better completed.
6. Compressed air interface.
Classification:
There are mainly two types of common tyre changer on the market. One is a small vertical tyre changer used for dismounting car tyres; The other is a large horizontal tire changer used for disassembling large truck tires.
The common main structure of large tire changer is mainly composed of power unit, oil cylinder, support arm, support claw, raking head, operating platform, etc. There are three oil cylinders in the structure to complete the movement through the hydraulic system. One is to support the claw to open and retract the oil cylinder to clamp and loosen the tire; The second is to support the support arm to rotate the oil cylinder to lift and lower the tire; The third is to support the head part to move the oil cylinder back and forth to complete the tire installation and removal.
In the whole operation process, the automatic operation is basically realized, but the operation of the head raking part still depends on manual operation, which increases the labor intensity. If the operation of the head raking part can also be completed through the hydraulic system, the labor intensity will be greatly reduced and the automation of the equipment will be fully realized.
